This is probably the fourth maybe fifth time what time completely messing up my order my child has eating disabilities and only... will eat fries and nuggets for them to give me half of my order what I pay for through Uber eats is ridiculous and then you callthem and tell them your problem being the customer and they literally think it's a joke they literally laugh and it's hilariousto them that my kid goes without because they can't do their job correctly they literally tell me I need to contact Uber eatsbecause they cannot do their job if you can't put food in a bag you need to find a different job this McDonald's is a joke andhas been for a long time the manager there the girl is very disrespectful very disrespectful does it take no consideration atall to her customers she needs to be fired and I will do everything I can to make it happen I cannot believe the way she treatspeople well that's not my problem you need to contact Uber eats it's exactly what she told me I am beyond mad and upset at theoutcome because let me tell you something Uber eats does not refund you for all your mess ups you only get two refunds so how isthat right you guys are a joke Read more
The food was hot. The people were friendly. I think this is one of the best McDonalds around this area. Very pleased
The drive through person told me nothing because he wasn?t there. I waited for 30 minutes and no one was there. Please update... your website and improve your food. On 7/3/22 @ 7:00 PM, after a long wait as the line was moving extremely slow, the employee could not quite get my order right. I... kept trying to correct the order, but she would not give me a chance to talk as she kept interrupting. I kept asking her tolisten instead. Finally, after several tries, she was able to fix the order. When I got to the window to pay for the order, shewas still not receptive to my comments ?you need to listen to the customer? her response was ?you give me headache?. When I gotto the second window to pick up the order, I asked for the manager. I saw a very pleasant employee asking the manager to come totalk with me, but she told him she does not have time for me and walked away. The employee conveyed the message to me. Not surehow someone like her was appointed a manager. Managers are supposed to be able to fix situations, they don't make them worse.Moreover, if she can?t speak with the public, she should never be working with the public. Read more
