This location went under new management during covid. The service is horrible. Long lines that never move. Before I ordered I asked if they have soy milk, they do so I placed my order for a bagel (not sliced or anything added) and a... large chai tea latte with soy milk. Then I paid. I stood off to the side like the others had done before me. Other people camein and ordered, paid and received their orders. After 15 minutes of waiting, I asked the cashier how much longer it would be. Hesaid, you were next. Then he proceeded to say, you ordered a bagel, did you get anything on this bagel or did you need itsliced? My reply nope, straight out of the bin. Then I said I also ordered a chai tea latte with soy milk. He looked around,looked at the machine, looked at the screen where the order was up there, went to the back, came to me and said we are out ofsoy milk. Puzzled, because I have been waiting at this time 15 minutes and he is just now telling me, that they are out of soymilk. My reply was, you were just now telling me you were out of soy milk. He proceeded to ask if I wanted an additional milkinstead of the soy milk. My reply, I?ll take a refund. As I waited for the cashier to be available, she finished the order thatshe was working on, skipped me, and proceeded to check out the other customer. Great variety of daily baked bagels. Excellent service. One of my favorite places for breakfast

Store was very dirty in the coffee area and behind the counter. Coffees weren't made. Creamers were empty. There weren't that... many customers, but service was slow anyways. Employees cold and unfriendly. Read more

My favorite place to get a good bagel. There is usually a line when I go in, but it moves fast so I appreciate that. The garden... avocado on either a everything bagel or jalapeño cheddar bagel is so GOOD. I wish I lived closer! Read more

Loved our drive here! The brunch box interested us as far as diversity in what Einstein Bros offered and we were not... disappointed! Great mix of sandwiches, bagels, muffins and hash browns! Staff was incredibly helpful with curbside service -fast and efficient! Read more
