This place seems to be going downhill. The last three times I have been there the fries have been old and stale and all my food... has been luke warm at best. And this is at peak times! The pop is also never good. No carbonation and the flavor is off. Read more
Placed an online order while at work, could see the location from my job and saw nobody was in line to order and they were slow.... Got backed up at work so it was 20 minutes before I could make it over there to grab my food. When I arrived my food stillwasn?t ready and they had barely just gotten a car in the drive thru. When getting my order they tried handing me incorrectitems. This is by far the WORST location I?ve been to. There is always a problem every time I come here. Read more
Been a couple of times recently and have been very disappointed. Last visit was for three sandwiches and a French fry in the... restaurant, and it took almost 15 minutes. Dining room is never clean, and the drink station has been gross both times I'vevisited. The food was fine when we got it, but fast food shouldn't take so long. Read more
It?s fast food so I don?t know why I expect anything different but they mess up our order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. My husband likes... his burgers plain, with no cheese or toppings, and only ketchup. Every single time, they put cheese on it. Today, we got theburger with cheese (of course) and no bun. Seriously?? Such a waste of money every time. I?m done, lol. Read more

Did a Uber Eats pickup here on September 13th 2021 8:43pm. My experience was it took 30 mins for my Uber order and the cashier... was going back and forth from taking orders to making food with bare hands. No washing in between and other staff had gloves. I had the honor of being the first customer in the lobby. I was greeted very kindly by the staff and I was give a free frosty... key chain. You have to order at a kiosk but the staff will make your food super fast. They also gave me a free piece of cakefrom the grand opening, it was delicious. Read more
