No gluten free bread makes it hard to dine here with my friends otherwise it is clean and usually fresh
Had to bring back my mobile order since a sandwich was wrong so I wanted it remade correctly. Trish and the other employee with... her at the time created my order. When drive back and brought it to their attention, instead of of listening and checking theorder first to verify, their first instinct was to blame my ordering and that it could not be wrong because they went by thereceipt. Lo and behold it was wrong. Trish remade the sandwich since the gentlemen couldn?t be bothered to remake my sandwichfirst, just brushed me off and moved on to the next person until Trish had to see with her own eyes after the guy admitted itwas already wrong. This is the second time they couldn?t get my mobile order right, of course I?m getting this one corrected.Now I get go back and eat cold sandwiches since my other ones had been made a while ago and Trish was a adamant they were notremaking the entire order. I wish the staff was more friendly, I?ve been here a couple times and have had a couple different people. I wish it was more... inviting instead of feeling like a burden for coming in. They also tried to charge me extra for something that already comeswith the sandwich. Read more
I went there on the 21st. I tried to select that in that field but it wouldn?t let me. I went in there to purchase two... sandwiches. One of the employees started my first sandwich with meat & cheese. And then she started the next one. It was at thattime the manager came from the back to help. She then asked what else I would like I this sandwich, motioning towards the 2ndsandwich. I said light lettuce and then she proceeded to put lettuce on my first sandwich. I told her no that?s the wrongsandwich. She said ok well what do you want me do about it, very rudely. I asked her to remove the lettuce. She said she can?tbecause she can?t put the lettuce back in the container. So I asked to remake it please. She refused to do that because she shesaid I made the mistake. I reminded I wanted the lettuce on the 2nd sandwich. So she then went ahead and aggressively scrapedthe lettuce of, while leaving a bunch of pieces of lettuce. I asked her she could please remove ALL the lettuce to which shegroaned and complained. This employee was completely out of line and very rude. I?ve had many other bad experiences at thissubway location but this one was by far the worst. Not only will I never be going back to that location but I will also bedeterring as many people as I can to stay away from that location due to the egregious customer service. Staff is always friendly. Food is always prepped as requested, and in a timely manor. However, when visiting today the staff... member at the prep station handled a phone with both hands - only removing 1 glove to to so - and proceeded to only replace oneglove. When I politely asked her to replace the other glove that was worn handling the phone before finishing my sandwich, theresponse I received was "Sure, but I couldn't tell you how many times I've touched the door, then the vegetables in thisbucket". Not too bad for Subway. You know what you are getting when you enter their restaurant. The service is good, never had any issues... with the employees. They are very polite. I asked if the new tipping option on the card reader actually gets to the employeesand it does. Read more
