Why keep the individual vehicle ordering stations open if you are only going to serve the drive thru customers? I watched 5... drive through customers be fully served after I activated the red button for service. So I pushed the button again and somefemale voice tells me to just give her a minute and she can assist me. Sorry honey but think how long I had already waitedwithout even acknowledgement. 4 minutes and 2 more drive thru customers served later, I left. Not coming back. Read more

Employees rather stand around inside and eat instead of running orders out to the customers. Especially in drive through. Sat in... drive through for 10 minutes before getting my one simple drink. I?ve constantly had issues with this sonic and I?m so fed up,they need to get it together! Edit: This is by far the worst sonic I?ve ever been to. I?ve lived in different states and citiesand worked for two different sonic and still this is the worst one. Service is horrendous and I?ve found hair in my food. Thisplace either needs new people or to just be shut down. SMH Read more

we ordered ahead on the app, waited for the food for about 10 minutes which wasn?t bad at all. then the screen lights up saying... ?tanya? is headed your way with the order. but 10 minutes go by, and still no sight of tanya. So we ring the red button and askabout the status on our food, and they say it?ll be right out. then 4 more minutes go by and then someone who was definitely nottanya came out with our food. to top it all off, our fries aren?t full and are completely cold. I don?t usually write reviewsand hate to have a negative opinion about fast food, but this was very poor customer service on their part. Read more

Pretty typical sonic. I feel like quality could be upped a bit. Overall, the time or took to get the food seemed a bit high. No... major complaints though. I'm par with about every other sonic. Read more

We ordered at the drive in. The person who took our order literally sighed, we got our food and my order was completely wrong. I... ordered the #3 & only got one patty. My partner also orderd the #3 and got two pattys. I also ordered a limeade, I didn't getthe correct drink. I didn't have them fix it because I know how it is working in fast food. It's the only thing we ate today aswell and both of us have VERY upset stomachs & are wondering if they did something to our food because he literally sighed atour order? Definitely will not be returning to this Sonic. Read more

I ordered a Reece?s Peanut Butter cup blast and when I got it, it was Peanut Butter flavored blast. I told them what I ordered... so instead of remaking it correctly, they just added Reece?s Cups to the current blast. I asked them to remake it because Iwanted vanilla ice cream with Reece?s cups, the lady took it with an attitude and threw it away. She remade this ridiculousblast, it?s all ice cream with about a 1/2 scoop of Reece?s. Also it?s not even made to the top of the cup. I just took becausehad a 2 yr old with me fussing and I couldn?t deal with the constants mistakes. No telling what attitude I would have gotten orwould have done if I asked them to add more candy.
