If I could give a zero I would, I don't normally leave reviews but after the horrible experience I had last night I am. I... ordered through the drive thru, they asked me to wait out front for 5 min for the chowmein to be finished. Let's just say 20 minlater after watching them dish up chowmein and bring 3 other cars their food I called the resteraunt to see where my food was ittook them another 10 min to bring it out. Once I got the food and got home (I only live 2 min away) the order was wrong, theydidn't give me a receipt, food was cold. Just to say I will not be back. Read more

This place never gives sauces that should come with your order (like teriyaki sauce for teriyaki chicken, sweet and sour with... egg rolls, etc). So last time I order for pick up, no sauces - I very politely ask for teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki chicken,and got a MASSIVE amount of attitude from one of the ladies behind the counter. Why be so rude? Does sauce cost come out ofyour paycheck? A very bad experience for something that should be so easy. I?ll avoid this location as much as I can from nowon. Read more
Food quality highly dependent on who's working that day. If its the teenagers. Expect your food to be stale and dry. If its the... older woman. Perfection everytime. Last time i went in, I was greeted by EVERYONE. Every entree was fresh, and as ive never seenbefore, all entrees that have sauce , were DRENCHED in it. Which is a great thing. Every other panda serves you dry food as ifthey dont have enough sauce out in the kitchen. Only negative would be they forgot my teriyaki sauce. I wasnt paying enoughattention to notice. The food was hot, fresh, and nicely seasoned. The service was apathetic. Like no one there wanted to work. We were not... greeted when we went to the counter as the staff kept preparing to go orders for others. About 3 minutes later she said, "I'llbe w you in a minute." We were not offered cutlery, napkins or sauce, and had to return to the counter for each. Hope it's abetter day for customer service next time. Would like to return. Read more
My first time and everything was great. The place is clean the staff very friendly and helpful, we wait for 10 min to get a... perfect kun pao chicken just made. The vegetables were cooked crunchy not softly overcooked. The chicken had a good taste itwasnt just breaded little chunks. This is the second time I have gone to this location they have gotten my order wrong both times and said they would give me 3... free meals for the three I ordered and I go tonight to get my two other free meals which they didn?t tell me I needed to get all3 at the same time.
