The box I ordered is 3 items. And you did not include one of them. 3 items. The line wasn't long. The lobby wasn't busy. So no... excuse. The drive thru agent was not very good at listening to responses to her own questions, either. This is the 2nd time ina row things were wrong with my order. Done here. Ordered my food through the mobile app 30 minutes before pickup. I arrived to pick up my food at the scheduled time only to be... told I would have to wait for an unknown amount of time because they didn't have enough food to fill my order. The store wasn'tbusy so clearly the staff had no clue what they were doing. I'd like to hope this review makes a difference, but it seemshorrible customer service is the norm. Read more

Staff was rude, messing around and ignoring customers waiting inside lobby. Lobby was disgusting and trash overfilled. Every... table was gross we had to clean ours while avoiding stepping on crunchy chicken bits all over the floor. They weren?t busy butjust talking in the back. I would understand a messy lobby if they were busy. The back was disgusting and their floor back therehad all kinds of liquid, an employee left to the bathroom clearly noticing the gross lobby on the way but didn?t care also shehad AirPods in which was extremely unprofessional and they were cussing and blasting loud music.Also they only had crispychicken and were rude about it. This KFC is trash, I ordered the Country Fried Chicken meal and a Pepsi, the chic working asked if I wanted Mtn Dew I said no... Pepsi for the 2nd time. Instead of giving me a new cup she just dumped out the Mtn Dew and gave me Pepsi, ghetto. Not only that,she was very rude with an attitude and over charged my card, I was charged for a 4pc Meal at 13.10 when I specifically asked forCountry Fried Chicken and was given the nasty 4pc Meal.
