I?ve ordered here a couple times, and somehow I don?t get it they?ve always gotten the orders wrong. I specifically ask for... certain condiments and once the sandwich gets here it?s the exact opposite. We?ve given this place multiple opportunities andthey?ve always seem to mess everything. If you want a lettuce sandwich this is the place for you. Just go to jersey mikes orsubway for a sandwich. Read more

Ordered a club lulu, asked for cucumbers and cheese which i had to pay extra for cheese and didn't receive either. Sandwich was... good but would have been great if i got what i ordered. Read more

I've always had issues at this location in particular. Once there was hair in my sandwhich and was told they would give me a... reward for that....NEVER DID. Redeeming any rewards while ordering online has always been a hassle...I never see it redeemedduring check out. They don't make it easy to redeem, might I add. For that reason, I called the store to place my order fordelivery, in hopes that they would be able to redeem on my behalf and I can just pay over the phone....the gal that took my callhad a hard time comprehending anything I was trying to say and there were these long awkward pauses on the phone. Needless tosay, I did not feel comfortable with what was placed at her end, nor did I want to provide her my card info to key in at herend. No thank you. Poor customer service. Read more

They called after I ordered on door dash to tell me that delivery wasn't available so we cancelled our order over the phone. The... charge still went through and we never received any food. They're lying on door dash saying it was delivered and the girl on thephone completely dodged my question when I tried to ask when I should expect my money back. I need a refund and they need toshut off delivery as an option for orders if they aren't delivering. ** Update** one week later and I'm still out $50 for foodthat was never delivered. They can't seem to figure out how to credit me back for the charge. Less than thrilled. Read more

The customer service provided today was very welcoming. It was the first time I have ever been to a Jimmy Johns and the staff... were very friendly and patient. This visit today makes me want to go to Jimmy Johns again rather than any other sub shop. Thanksfor being some friendly and nice. PS at he sub was great!! Read more

I don't generally write reviews and in the past our experience with this Jimmy John's, in particular, has not been too terrible.... However, the last 3 to 4 times we've ordered our delivery has taken over an hour. The order I just placed took almost 2 hours. Iunderstand that many businesses are understaffed and have no issues waiting on my food (a notification saying it's going to belonger than usual would be nice). Unfortunately, this is happening, quite, frequently and the beverages that we ordered areflat, watered down, and warm, as if they poured them two hours ago when I placed the order. If the meal is going to be late, Iwould at least expect them to wait on filling the beverage order until the very last minute. As I said, I have no issue waitingon my food but if it is not going to be "freaky fast", it should, at the very least, be of quality. Read more

Listen, I've always been a fan of Jimmy John's, however, the staff at this particular location was awful. They expected people... to know when their order was done, and wouldn't call out orders. On the website it states that only the ice machine doesn'twork, we order our drinks only to find out that the entire drink fountain doesn't work. I might also add that the staff is slow,we had been waiting for 4 sandwiches, one of which was purely bread and bacon. I'd like to also state, the music being playedwas very much NOT kid friendly. The place also smelled like unwashed feet, and mold. I may be called a Karen for this strongreview but this was by far the worst Jimmy John's I've EVER been to. Read more

The ticket clearly states that the sandwich must be cut in half.... I took a picture because it is not cut at all. Thanks for... doing your job!!! Not!! It was an online order, time was taken to make this sandwich but not enough time was given to this orderbecause you didn't cut it in half. So possibly this order was rushed? (It was supposed to be a freaky fast order but other timesI hadn't clicked the freak fast button those orders came faster...hmm So, What if I didn't own a knife? What if had thisdelivered to a business, that had no silverware in which I would not be able to cut the sandwich myself? Then it brings me to mynext question, if I were the owner of this location or possibly the owners daughter of this location; what would my dad say tothis tiny tiny little detail missing off an order?
