If I could rate this location a 0 starts I would!! Kid swiped and charged my card 3 times and kept trying to swipe it stating it... wasn't working yet I was getting notifications from my bank of multiple charges. Goes to tell his manager and their solution wasto try swiping my card again. I showed them three times that my card was already charged. The manager steps in and just saysthey're going to give us our drinks on the house and refund us. Hello admitting they charged us already. As she's handing ourdrinks she throws attitude and states the guy outside said we treated him wrong and we should consider treating them bettersince they make minimum wage. 1. No one was rude to anyone up until she wants to throw attitude and say dumb stuff. 2. Makingminimum wage sounds like a personal problem to me and it none of my concern as you chose to work there. I was charged 3 timesand was not rude to anyone there even was nice to the girl trying to retake our order outside and the girl at the window. For mycard being charged 3 times I was very calm. There's nothing but children working here that don't know how to treat people whenthey are the ones in the wrong. Very disappointed this location needs a new manager and a better employee who's not going to crywhen they're in the wrong. Read more
First time trying Dutch Bros today. I downloaded the app on my phone a few weeks ago. Then, today I got a notification for a... free medium drink reward from Dutch Bros. Since I was out this way doordashing, I thought it would be perfect to use the rewardfor the free drink today when I pass by. The line was long but I got my drink pretty quickly. I didnt even have to wait through the whole line because my drink was brought out to me while i was still waiting in line, Which was cool. I love iced coffee, soI got the Golden eagle iced with whipped cream. I was so excited to try it and I was not disappointed. The girl who took myorder was super sweet and friendly. I ordered a white chocolate mocha. It was disappointing for two reasons. One the flavor was disappointing.
