I ordered a double order of bread sticks. Half of them were fine, I don?t know what is wrong with the other side, over cooked... maybe? But they taste HORRIBLE and there?s an obvious difference in appearance. They clearly knew these bread sticks weren?t upto standards but chose to serve them anyways. ???????????????????????? Ordered one large pizza, pizza hut is 5 blocks from me 1hr and 9min later this is what i get cold to the touch.
Place an order of BBQ wings at 750pm yesterday and they say about 15min. When to pick up 30min later and they say they forgot to... drop the wings in fryer, wow this night shift crews is ridiculous...and didn't omit their mistake, instead say the equipment isdown ???? Read more
Quality of ingredients has changed, and no longer can we choose crust flavors which causes the crust to taste like bland soft... cardboard. I wont be wasting $50 on a meal with your company anymore, cut corners means cutting customers. Read more
The Detroit style pizza is a great addition to the line up and should be kept on the menu. The staff were welcoming even though... store was busy during my visit. Each person greeted and helped within timely manner. Read more
Ordered online again--last time they chose to do other orders than mine then i had to wait 30 mins to get it--he offered me a... drink while i waited--big deal--not--unhappy--this order they ignored my request to bring out and had to go in to get it andthey were all working on pizzas.
