I typically frequent BK on my lunch breaks whenever I?m craving a burger because they?re one of two places in town that serve... them that early (& I?m not a fan of sonic burgers) . They have a burgers for breakfast section on the app, and even if theydon?t have any made, they?ll normally drop one for me. Just went up there around 10:15, to order my usual, and was told theydidn?t have any burgers made (which is normal) when I asked how long it would take, I was told that they don?t serve burgersuntil after 1030.. I normally go to lunch between 930 and 10, and have never had an issue ordering a burger that early.. maybeshe was new and didn?t know, or just didn?t want to drop a patty, but was also rude in her tone of voice.. I love Burger King but this Store in Commerce, Texas on Hwy50 is the worst , recently bought some Cheese sticks and Jalapeños... Poppers and those were over cooked and completely dry . I just bought these Chicken sandwich and Big Fish sandwich which weretasting weired after I started eating. Then I went on to check inside , then found this ?Brown Spoiled Lettuce ? inside thesandwich?s . And when I called the store , they say sorry we didn?t realize the Brown Lettuce between 120 lights they have instore ???? lol ????. I love burger king don't get me wrong. But this location never has the Ch?King chicken sandwich and its the only thing i like... from there. I have probably went about 10 times in the last couple of weeks different times of day and different days of theweek. Every time I go they say they are out. This has been happening for months. They advertise for it and don't have a sign upsaying they do not have any. I asked them when was the next time they are getting them or will have them and they said theydidn?t know. Not sure if this is a food shortage situation, management problem, or just staff not wanting to cook them. But iwould really like an explanation. I do enjoy burger King food. However this branch does this thing where they make you pull out front to wait for your food so... corporate doesn't know how slow they really are. Last week they made me pull out front and wait 20 min for 3 burgers and whenthey brought them, they were cold, like cheese didn't melt cold. Some of them are really rude and the "uniforms" when wornare just dirty. I'm guessing the manager isn't there often because it's like this a lot. And the burgers are cold again. Cheese sticks too. Got there at 9:21, it took them 5 minutes to get the order from the car in front of me. Thought it was the people in the car. I... pulled up waited about a minute, the girl took my order, I paid for it and was asked to pull up to the front because they had toget fresh meat. So at 9:39 I couldn't wait any longer for my food, told them I was late to work and they said we almost have itdone. Really wondering how many other people that burger King has stolen money from. Even though we had a large order to go, we waited 25 minutes for food and majority was cold and none of the whoppers were made... correct. There were so many orders going out the door and drive thru while we were waiting. Depends on the crew working on howthe food is. Will definitely not order food anymore if this crew is working. Absolute best experience I?ve had at a Burger King! Fastest and friendliest service I?ve ever received!! I had almost given up... on this location due to the handful of bad experiences I?ve had here but Ricky has completed restored my faith in thisestablishment! Our burgers came out correctly, hot and fresh! Our nuggets and fries were also made fresh! Their seemed to onlybe two employees working and they both were doing a fantastic job running the place seemingly by themselves but Rickys positiveattitude REALLY stood out. He definitely deserves a raise or even a promotion! It?s been a long time since I?ve walked into arestaurant and saw a cashier smiling, let alone look genuinely happy to do their job without a moments hesitation or complaint,even as understaffed as they were. After waiting for 25 minutes for our order I looked in the bag and and noticed the chicken nuggets weren't fully cooked. I... pulled one out and told the manger the issue and was assured they were cooked.
