My husband ordered a venti chai tea latte and iced water. At the window, they handed us a grande chai tea latte. My husband... tells the girl at the window that he ordered a venti. She tells him he can keep that drink and that she?ll have another made. My husband is like okay. She comes back to the window with the correct size and then admonishes my husband that next time,he?ll have to pay for the drink she let him have. They never get your order right at this location and to top it off, you getadmonished as a child when they get it wrong. Read more
My boyfriend ordered us 2 venti mango dragonfruit w lemonade with no ice and extra scoops of dragonfruit. First of all the drink... wasnt even filled up second of all it dont even taste like lemonade more like SINK WATER. This place had a huge selection of brand new cups and merchandise. There was no line and the customer service was great.
So , first of all I ORDERED MY CASUAL Daily drink. This is not it sis!!!! They can?t even mix it at least. Out of all the... Starbucks in the world, this has been the one with the LAZIEST Employees ever!!!! Full of staff and still can?t correctly makean order. Do not come here. Disgusting... I ordered my usual drink and a chicken caprese panini. First off, I never received the panini. Second, I like to... have my drinks topped off with cinnamon and this particular barista decided to throw the entire bottle of cinnamon into my icedcoffee. Lastly, I have had more than a handful of incidents like this with Starbucks. Ridiculous to treat customers like this. Read more
The atmosphere and service is pretty good. Depending on your order is the food tasted good.
