I went with my friend there and my friend ordered her plate extra salad no rice and the cashier told her it?s an extra dollar... for the salad and she paid. Right after her I told the cashier get me the same order with extra salad. When we went to pick upthe food, I noticed that my plate was with rice and they didn?t add the extra salad. I went back to let them know so they canfix my plate . The chief and cashier started speaking in Spanish to each other. I asked the cashier if there is a problem andwith attitude she said I ?ll get you the salad on the side but you have to pay extra dollar. I told her when I made the order Iwant the same thing as my friend with extra salad. She ignored me then I told her I am talking to you and she answered rudely Iam not making you the salad until you pay the dollar. I told her I wanna speak to the manager. She got out her phone and told meI am not gonna use my phone, you take his number and call him from yours. My issue wasn?t the dollar, It was their attitude andhow they treat their customers. No good food. Don't waste your money. The rice is ugly it's definitely not Mediterranean at all
I got the half chicken plate and it was very meh. Had two chicken legs with rice, tomato, grilled jalapeno, and garlic sauce.... The chicken was soft but didn't have much flavor. The photo on the menu made it look like the plate comes with hummus, when itdoesn't. The spicy sauce they gave with, was not the Mediterranean type at all - this felt like Cholula with some extravinegar. Would not recommend, based on my experience. I was happy to find a non-fast food option at Citadel Outlets. They make orders as they come in so be prepared to wait 5-10 mins... for your food. I had the lamb chops, they were well cooked and tasty. They came with rice and a salad- also great ???? Read more
