The question I would like to ask is why there was only one employee in the Jamba store to serve for all shopping guys during the... black Friday season at outlet mall. I can tell that the man(I am not sure about his name, his apron shows Mike) has tried hisbest to serve every customer, but there was only him. No matter how long the line was, his just has two hands and no any backup.All three stars are because of him. I think he definitely deserves to get extra bonus. And the manager needs to update the shiftmore reasonable. Read more

I am not surprised to see that before me people have reported about the rude behavior and just like the other posts, maybe the... owner will apologize and do nothing to make any changes. I was there on Saturday. Waited for more than 20 minutes. Before meothers got their orders. The associates asked us ti wait outside while they used a bad radio to communicate the readiness of theorder. We couldn't understand anything. I was very thirsty and after 20 minutes they asked me to wait more. I said, I would liketo cancel my order and they should say sorry for overall giving a bad service. The girl, who seemed to be the senior of them all- said she is not obligated to say sorry. Well, how about that as a courtesy? You guys charge a premium price for a glass ofjuice and the service is this! I am never visiting your shop again, probably never going to another Jamba. Remember - Biggerbusinesses than yours have fallen. You are nothing. Wait and watch. On 07/13 @ 5:20pm upon entering the short girl with a nose ring looked at us and said to another employee "ugh, you take them."... She was so unprofessional to have said that. However the place itself was great other then the rude girl. Read more

I get Jaamba once or twice a week and this was the worst experience I ever had. 26th of February, the people rude, my smoothie... was not blended, they did not have all the ingredients, I ordered before a large family that had six smoothies I had 2 and I gotmy smoothies sayer them. I bet the guy/gal who invented Jamba Juice is rich. Want to know why I think that? Because I just paid $8 for a fruit smoothie.... I?ve bought fruit, yogurt, milk, and other basic smoothie ingredients at the grocery store before and you can get a weeks worthfor the cost of one smoothie here! Granted, it was very good and I have no complaints about the quality or service, but wow isit expensive!! Read more
