The staff here are rude, the guy taking my order was spitting and rude his hairnet was falling off. His name was dj and my fry?s... were stiff and cold. Get your order somewhere else it takes long too and the place is rotten apple. Read more
Not sure if it's a training issue or just that this particular McDonalds is just plain awful, because they forget to give you... what you paid for time and time again. How can we order multiple orders of pancakes and they fail to even provide syrup?Inexcusable. No butter as well but the lack of syrup is the more serious omission. Otherwise, what's the point of ordering on anapp if you can't submit the order until you're in the parking lot. Defeats the entire purpose of mobile ordering, especiallywhen this is also one of the slowest McDonald's I've been to over my many years of frequenting various McDonald's. This McDonalds is cheaper than the surrounding McDonald?s locations. They also have items on the menu that aren?t available at... the other stores. The employees are always nice, and they keep the line moving pretty well. Even when you are told to pull upand park to wait, there?s really no more than a 5 minute wait. I see the employees cleaning in here often and a lot of themstill wear a mask and gloves which shows they care about their customers health and well being. I?ve come here sooo many timesand never had an issue. I usually place large orders and haven?t had anything missing or wrong which is always a plus. I willpass by at least 2 other locations just to come to this one because it?s a better experience. Read more
I just went through the drive-through at the Vanderbilt Parkway location in Commack. Your employee at the pick up window did a... phenomenal job. Fast, friendly service with a smile. He looks like a model employee who could even be in a McDonald?s commerciallol Nice job!! Read more
Food it always fresh,but staff always be forgetting to put the sauce or an item or they get a order wrong tbh which I kinda... don't but kinda do blame them usually when it's dark out and the drive threw is only open is when I feel like it's no excusethough there service are always friendly so that's good Read more
I just got home. Once again this McDonald's forgot my Hash Browns. My fault that i did not check it at the restaurant. But,... being the 2nd time this happened. This is why you are get one star. What is happening with people today not caring about therejobs as we pay more for everything. Update: I want back and order my egg McMuffin.
