Food was good, not my first time there but it was my first disappointment. Had a 6 Pm reservation, ordered drinks waited about... 25 minutes before ordering and the waiter came and told us he had a party of 17 coming and we had to leave by 7:30. Who doesthat??? Very disappointing. Needless to say we were not ready to leave at 7:30. The party came in and they moved our table. Notthat we would have accepted but nothing extra was offered for our inconvenience. No coffee, dessert, drink, nothing. Thegesture would have been appreciated. They did however apologize. Someone please teach these people how to run a business! They just lost a Commack customer and perhaps many others! Word does travel.. Read more

I ordered penne a la vodka and meatballs.. it was 30 min before closing.. the guy who answered the phone said.. ?depends what... you want cuz we are about to close? Luckily they made the food... HOWEVER! It was a take out order.. and they did not give meutensils or napkins.. and I was staying at a hotel nearby..lucky for me I had extra chopsticks from my sushi the night before. I ordered FRANKIE?S VEAL SCALOPPINI topped w/ breaded eggplant proscuitto, melted mozzarella and brown sauce with a side of... penne vodka. Very fresh and full of flavor! The veal was so tender it melted in your mouth. I ordered it to go so the picturesare in the to go containers. The brown sauce was full of flavor which was great to dip your Italian bread in that comes with themeal. The sauce was just the right amount so the dish wasn?t soupy. The portion of the actual veal was 3 small cutlets a 4thwould of helped because it was so good it left you wanting more!!! When I went to pick up my food the place was packed!
