They don?t want to honor coupons. Poor management. Also when you cut open their cakes, the have severely reduced amount of... crunchies and vanilla. They always skimp out on toppings as well. Pathetic, trying to cut corners and charge the same price asothers. Will not return, going to the farther carvel in smithtown on principle. Avoid at all costs. Read more

The Dark green icing cream colour of the cake was so strong that all ten guests and ourselves had Dark green lips; mouth ;... fingers and nails. It was so bad that , Inspite of washing with soap , it didn?t go away. Bummer -Everyone had dark green stoolsfor continuously 3 days & some guests faced upset stomach including me . Every time I?ve visited this Carvel, it is always well kept and clean. Of course the ice cream is delicious and the cones are... always fresh. The store is so clean, absolutely amazing, it exceeded our cake vision. I had cake for my daughter?s party, she even got to... write the word on the cake herself, everyone in the party is more than satisfied. I been told it is under new management andbrand new machines just made ice scream so delicious. We went back 3 times, not only is the ice scream delicious, the servicewas very friendly and great.
