Awful service. Grill doesn?t work, and they are still making burgers and wraps without grilling. Very dirty. Nasty atmosphere.
Drive through orders are a pain. After repeating our order many times, they still don't get it right. They take too long to get... orders ready; a half hour for 2 coffees. Employees seem more interested in playing than in giving good service. Read more
Time and time again my order is either not what I was looking for or is missing pieces from it. Last order I got from here... was: Simply farmers english muffin with a hash brown, classic breakfast bagel with sausage, and an ice cap. What I got wasthe simply farmers english muffin with the vegetarian sausage missing, had eggs on it instead? and the Bagel BELT was putthrough instead of the classic breakfast sandwich voiding the discount I was supposed to receive through the Tim Hortons App?.It?s not the first time this sort of thing has happened here either so it makes me think this must happen on the daily. Thecrew needs to get themselves together, I can understand getting one thing wrong once in a while, but what?s mentioned above isunacceptable to me and shouldn?t have happened. Disappointed with service , i understand the workers have a time limit thru the drive thru, but it doesn't mean they should be... rude. I have had to wait longer for simpler orders and never been "told" not asked to park in the parking lot. And if you havebeen to this Tims you know it isnt a great lot. By the time i would have gotten around and found a spot they would have had tobe the ones waiying to had me the order. Worsted service ever. Went in just before 9:00PM Aug 23. 2022. 1 person cleaning one serving drive thru. I waited almost 5... minutes to place my order (noone in front of me). The girl behind the counter was talking to a friend and seeing where gerfriend was from the e tire time I was there, she was just leaning on the counter and her friend on the other side. A coffee and10 Timbits should never take that long with no line up. Read more
Morning coffee is usually fine, but the afternoon is consistently terrible. Definitely need more training for the PM crew on how... to make coffee. Their new dream donuts are way too sweet and no longer a nice treat. Read more
It was nice to have a place to rest my weary bones. Plenty of seating. Staff is friendly and its not too loud in the store. ... Store maybe needs the fireplace and comfy chair update (unless its around the corner and i don't see it). Coffee tastes likeTims, just as I'd expect. Read more
Staff were quite rude. Line takes a while, but the donuts are good. The beverages are very sweet, so if you like sweet things,... this is the place for you. If not, I advise you order less sugar/no sugar. Read more
