Casey's is awesome! The food is really good! I personally order ahead of time especially on busy nights. I too far out of there... area for delivery options so I drive there to pick up my order. I go to the one in Marengo IA. Those that work there are verygood to me anytime I have gone in. There is a bathroom ???? it is handicap accessible and handicap ? parking too! Read more
This used to be a good place to stop before work. Now there?s almost never any food and no donuts at all. I don?t see how at... that time of the morning, when a lot of people are on their way to work, they have nothing to offer. Especially since it?sbasically the only option for several miles. I?ve noticed the place has been really empty customer wise lately. Probably due tonothing to stop for. Parking is also atrocious. And most of the pumps don?t work on auto. Why offer rewards, IF EVERYTIME, I try to use them, they have no idea how? I ordered pizzas tonight and told them twice on the... phone, that I am using my rewards, the kid on the phone said, ok,its on there. When I pick up the pizzas and went to pay forthem, they didn't have any idea how to do it. This has happened more than once. Maybe you should offer some training to youremployees! Also why are your employees walking out or working at the store late at night alone? Isn't that against protocol?The safety of your employees should be a priority! Read more
The past couple times I have ordered something to eat, the food has been nasty to eat. It is either burnt or stale like it was... taken from the warmer after sitting in there for a long time. The wait times are horrible. I ordered 2 items that are easy toprepare since they come in frozen and I was given a 70min wait time. This type of service is unacceptable. This Casey's hardly ever has food. 9/10 you walk in and there's not a single thing in the warmers. It also has the absolute... worst parking I have ever seen. Half the time you've gotta park in the street. The parking just adds to it when you have to dealwith it just to not be able to get anything to eat. Read more
Casey's is one of my favorite places to get affordable gas. They have wonderful pizzas and fresh donuts. They just started... selling their own fruit sodas, so it will be exciting to try those next time I shop there. Read more
I ordered a pizza over the phone and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up 25 minutes later and stood at the... kitchen entrance for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged only to be told my pizza hadn't even been put in the oven yet. I cameback another 20 minutes later, again, wasn't acknowledged for about 10 minutes this time while the people in the kitchen tooktheir sweet time poorly cutting pizzas. The three other people around me waiting weren't acknowledged either. The two cashiersat the front of the store did nothing. Finally, she asked if it was my pizza that was sitting on the top of the oven and whenshe handed it to me, she said "That one has been up there for a while." What on Earth???? She had told me 20 minutes earlierthat it hadn't been put in yet. You need to learn some time management and customer service skills. I honestly shouldn't havehad to pay for it. Read more
Ordered a taco pizza tonight. It came with no taco sauce and no lettuce on it. I just don't see how you can forget this stuff.
