I pause to take a moment out of my day in reverence for the sandwich I just consumed. My journey to this sandwich began 12 to 16... months ago when I first tried Winton's chicken and waffles. Skeptical of the chicken and waffles combo, my world was turnedupside down when I had to accept the hidden glory of Fried Chicken, Waffles, and Bacon. However, today, I ventured from thesafe, warm embrace of the Chicken and Waffles--a 9 out of 10 in my book--to try the "Baron Bacon Sandwich." At first glance, thesandwich looked incredible, adorned with chopped bacon, red onion, lettuce, and a perfectly cooked egg. The first bite and thecrunch of the waffle were exquisite.
