Put in a mobile order at 10:30, paid and went to pick up our order. The door was locked employee saw us, and ignored us while we... knocked. We could see our orders in the window. There was a sign saying they were closing at 11? we were there before 11.Wouldn?t recommend visiting. Read more
This place is absolutely filthy! You can't even tell its a newer building in that section. Even the sidewalk is disgusting in... front of the store. Customers that came in after us and placed walk-in orders, were served before us. The pop macheine wassticky, pop splilled everywhere and only water was spraying out of the macheine. All the tables were dirty. The floor had agrease film on it making it slimy. I have never seen such poor management! I can't believe I even ate the food! Anyway, my foodcame out within 5 mins however my daughters took over 30 minutes and she was asked 4 times what she ordered. We each ordered 10wings with fries, separately so they were very simple orders to fill!. Being a head cook myself with managerial skills, Iexpected decent service in a clean establishment and I don't think thats too much to expect! Especially when the menu is assimple as wing stops menu is! I truly hope Wing Stop takes the nessasry measures to get this place cleaned up and provide bettertraining bc I wont be back untill they do!! Read more
My wings were soggy and watery. They forgot the fries. I took the food back in and they agreed the wings were inedible. They... said they could not give me a refund or gift card or anything but more nasty wings. They expected me to come back in the nextday to get a refund because I ordered online. Do NOT go to this location if you don?t have to!! We ordered wings for the college football playoffs and received the greasiest... wings with little to no seasoning I have ever had from Wingstop. I love the offerings from the Wingstop franchise but I?llreconsider every time now after this experience. They tasted HORRIBLE which has never happened in the 6 years since I was put onto Wingstop. The two stars are simply because the order was ready and accurate but I?ll never visit this location againregardless of the circumstances. Read more
Great place to get good wings. This one is a little bit better than other wingstop I go to. I ordered online and picked up at... the place. Didn't take a long time to wait for the food. Smiling staffs. TV on site for dine in entertainment. Nice furniture.Clean drink station in a clean place. Nothing was missing, chicken flavors was correct, and i enjoyed my lunch. Read more
