the food is usually as fresh as fast food can be but the employees are the most disrespectful, inconsiderate people. they give... the most attitude and don’t care about hospitality whatsoever. i’ve worked in food service and i understand the stress buthuman beings should know better than to speak so disrespectfully to other people. everyone knows you leave your bs at the doorgoing into work. you don’t take it out on others. extremely upset about this as it has been every single i’ve visited thiswhite castle. White Castle is a late night staple in Columbus. The food is consistently good and the lines move pretty quickly. However the... staff always seems to be a standout. Fun, friendly, and talk to you as if you're a true guest. I've never had a bad experiencewith staff at White Castle. No matter how busy or how late they're always so polite and friendly. That is what keeps me comingback more than anything because you don't find that attitude at other fast food locations. Read more
Friendly when I ordered thru the drive-thru. She got the order correct. As I drove to the window, she asked if I would like to... donate to the .......???? I did not understand a word she said. I politely replied, No thanks. She suddenly becamenon-friendly. As she opened the window to give me the bag she just put out the bag while looking away. I said thank you and shenever answered me. Also our order came out without a bottle of water, no sauce for the onion chips, no napkins, no salt orpepper packets. I usually donate to a restaurant that is promoting a cause. I don’t know WHO was working intercoms this morning at 3a.m. but you need a serious attitude adjustment. No need to be mad at... the world because YOU signed up to work. I came to the drive thru and instantly got hit with a “Go head!” STRIKE 1! Thenafter trying to order I get an even nastier “A WHAT?!” STRIKE 2! You wasn’t about to get anything else out of me sir afterthat. You are lucky I was tired from working or else I would have rolled up to that window and proceeded to curse you out inperson. Really rude staff. Begged my uncle to take me here and we couldn’t hear the speaker but he still went up to the window in his... truck, and still ordered and told them that he didn’t hear anyone on the speaker, and one of the workers, came up aggressivelyto the window and started yelling at him on how he answered but he couldn’t hear us and was just really aggressive. My unclewasn’t trying to start things. He still ordered food for me and my brother and didn’t eat because he was nervous about themdoing stuff to our food since that guy was really rude. Never will come back. Imagine buying food to only not eating it becauseyour scared of what they might do to our food. Horrible. Read more
The service was great, we pulled in at almost midnight and the line was LONG! We didn't wait very long considering how busy they... were. Got to the speaker, placed our order and the woman was patient and polite while we made our decisions. Drove up to the widow immediately and the lady that took our order was jamming out and having a blast! That lady can sing, she had a beautifulvoice! The cashier was polite, and they made sure that our food was correct before giving it to us! It was the best fast foodexperience I've had with fast food in a long time!
