This white castle location sucks. Closes at 10 pm while others are 24 hour and the lobby is closed a lot. The head... management(indian/Latino guy can't tell which) is awful. They close down the dine in regularly and say it's due to being shortstaffed but that makes no sense. In the morning, they are dead. Maybe serve 8 customers an hour until lunch. I've come by inthe morning when they have no customers yet they still have sign up that their dine in is closed due to staffing. This storeaverages about 3 dine in customers an hour. How are they not able to handle that especially when their drive through isn'tbusy? They should just say they don't want people dining in, which makes no sense to me from business perspective. Not everyoneis looking to drive through so they're losing customers and profit by only having drive through available. This location wouldmake more money with smarter management Read more

Really long parking lot that can accommodate a large drive through line. Delicious sliders and sides. You can loop back around... the parking lot and easily find a place to quietly eat a crave case in your car while ruminating your life choices. Read more
I always receive exceptional service at this location... As for the food, well, it is white castle... They are consistent in... quality at this location and I like it. Finally open post covid for inside dining. They have a nice Coke machine. Read more
White Castle recently introduced a new (old) hamburger style, mimicking what they offered in 1921. Apparently this was the day... everyone in central Ohio decided to go to White Castle. Lots of cars in front of me. Lots of cars behind me. Although I hadordered online, it took 15 minutes to get the order. Sliders are typically sold in sets of four, but the 1921 hamburgers aresold in twos. You can order any number you want, of course, but two was enough. Probably more than enough. I'm not sure thatI'll be hungry at dinner time. Differences: * The 1921 patties are round instead of square, thicker than those in sliders, andhave no holes drilled through them. * Instead of pickles and steamed onions, the sandwich has a pickle, caramelized onions,tomato, lettuce, and cheese. (The final three are optional and add a few cents to the price.) * The boxes are much larger. * Thetaste, while good, isn't what I associate with White Castle. Sliders are greasy, oniony and the pickle plays an importantsupporting role. The 1921 burgers aren't as greasy, it's possible to taste the meat, and the pickle hides behind the lettuce andtomato. Finally reopened for dine in (currently from 7a-8p)! Excellent food and customer service, as good as I remember it. Better... staffed than this location has been in the past. There's nothing quite like a slider. Read more
The food was great! They are currently drive-thru only and very busy but they get your order taken quickly, and make your food... fresh which makes their line move super fast. The food was hot and delicious. The price is on point and affordable- we ordered alarge box with 20 sliders and 4 fries, but their $5.99 meal which includes 4 sliders, fries, and a drink is a great deal. Read more
Went here a couple weeks ago. Ordered on the app and picked up. Had some issues where they didn’t follow any of the notes, but... my actual issue is of getting cardboard cooked with my cheese on the burger. Tried to contact the restaurant but it was a bunchof younger adults and teens maybe and nobody seemed concerned and said a manager would call next day. Never did. I tried againbut never got a response. Contacted corporate but no response in a week. Maybe be careful and double check your food. Read more
