I've never had what I could call a bad experience at this location but I will say that this time was an excellent experience!... Even though they were busy the staff was polite and friendly and they were working hard and working fast to make sure everybodygot their order and got moved through efficiently. My order was extremely fresh and prepared what I would consider perfectly.And I will say that I was personally not having a good day when I went there and life had been not so nice to me so I wasn'tfeeling so great in this kind of down in the dumps and the polite and courteous attitude of the staff definitely helped and notto mention I have been dealing with a lot of rude people and other aspects of my life for the previous few days but the verynice young lady with a really pretty blue hair working the drive-thru window offered me a complimentary drink for my wait whichwasn't too long and was actually the best thing that happened to me and the the nicest thing anyone had done for me in awhile. There's in charge understand how valuable and important and what hard-working and efficient staff they have. The guy wouldn't take two orders at the drive thru. No one was in line behind us and no one was in front of us as we pulled... around. I paid and accepted the first order, drove around again and placed the second order (no wait). No one was there but us.Ridiculous. I could have understood if there was a line but since when don't they accept two orders. Not very happy about thatand if there was a line I would have extremely mad that only one of would have gotten to eat there. Read more
Giving a new meaning to the word fast food, this one takes the cake as the possibly slowest service imaginable. It's almost as... if they are trying to be as slow as possible so that customers leave in a fury than to rather have to make the food. Me and afriend once waited over 3 HOURS in a line four cars long at 3AM because at that point we were invested. Of course, upon drivingaway, we realized they had messed up on the details of our food, but at that point we were famished and said "to hell withthem". The food was greasy and great, but it just makes you lose a little faith in humanity to see people so sluggish andlife-hating and with zero work pride. Love this White Castle. Sliders and fries are always fresh. Whether breakfast or lunch, its fresh and hot. Nice and friendly... staff. Special shout out to Jay! Parking on the sides and rear of building. Read more
Was awesome.. We drove from Maryland spontaneously and got a hotel 2 hrs away near friends so we could meet up. Got a 30 variety... box, chicken rings, mozz and 2 drinks. Amazing, Fast, and preordering online was a breeze.. We will be back!! Read more
Went through the drive, I arrived around 12:30am and didn't pull out until after 1am. There was only 3 cars in the drive... through. When I finally got to the window, I had to wait about 10mins for my drink but got my food immediately. Read more
