Been going here for years. They continue to mess up orders then, Not even compensate you. My food was raw last time and no one... did anything. Suffered food poisoning because, I have a stomach condition . Never again at this location.highly disappointed at my local white castle. Read more
As with any White Castle, "fast" food is NOT one of their strong suits. However, the employees are amazingly friendly,... courteous, and comical at times. That alone is hard to find at a fast food joint, or anywhere for that matter. They have alsoalways gotten my order correct, another attribute you don't see any where else very often. I highly recommend this particularstore. I recommend avoiding around 2am, unless you are part of the "bar" crowd. FYI 2am drunks - you are so NOT funny, orawesome, or amazingly special. I've stopped twice to get the new chicken bacon ranch sliders. They are inconsistently made. One time there was 2 chicken rings... on each one, the next time it was a single piece of chicken. Neither tine was there ranch. The staff is very nice though. Justnot properly trained. It starts at the top people! ???? Read more
I normally like this WC, but tonight, really rather disappointed. Ordered 6 regular Joe sliders and 6 smokey Joe sliders, and... all 12 looked like the slider pictured. I've had then in the past and there's normally way more actual substance, I might aswell have just gotten the buns with some bbq sauce. I am really just hoping this is a one time thing. I'm sort of shocked that none of the white castles allow dining in yet. We went to this one because it was one of a couple that... didn't explicitly say no dining in. It was disappointing to arrive and find out dining in still wasn't a thing. I guess thegarbage can at the drive through is there to limit littering but I sort of found it gross to have to wait in line next to agarbage can for as long as I did. Aside from that, the lady who took our order was really nice and repeated our order back forclarity and that's rare these days. The food is what youd expect from a white castle lol. It wasn't bad but it's not great. It'san annual tradition for me to go to white castle and I will continue to do so. Read more
This is by far the best White Castle I've ever seen!!!!! The ones we have here in St Louis are nothing like this the food was... fantastic place was clean didn't even feel like a fast food chain on the inside Read more
