This review applies to grocery store bought frozen White Castles. Being from Columbus, the store bought frozen sliders are... terrible and they’re missing the pickle. Fresh, restaurant bought sliders are delicious beyond compare, especially at 3:00am,but the grocery store frozen product is simply a weak imitation. Read more
Went there for breakfast and had a sausage, egg and cheese on toast ×2 wife opted for the bacon, egg and cheese on toast... (wheat) delicious ,simple and a very good addition to the menu was served hot and fresh the butter on the toast made it allcome together, like a home cooked breakfast when you are on the go almost forgot to mention fast also, keep up the good workwhite castle. The rating may be unfair. Went through the drive through waited 10 minutes to get the chance to place my order. Before I... placed the order I was informed that it will be about a 15 minute wait. Sorry, I'm not that crazy for sliders. Not a memberof cravenation. But they are always slow! Read more
After waiting 45 minutes in line we get to 1st window and pay they let people walk up to the other window where we was suppose... to pick the food up, they let them walk up order, pay and wait for food, they said we'll it's a online order(don't you have topay online if it was online order). Then that also caused other person in a wheelchair to wait also, while you have whole linewrapped around the building. This should never be allowed, it's definitely a safety issue. Read more
The service was pretty slow because of the amount of people. But the manager quickly apologized to everyone and said they will... get the food out as quick as possible. I enjoyed the explanation as much as I enjoyed the food. I wish more managers would dothe same at times. Read more
Great food, jalapeño sliders the best. I've been eating at white castles since I was a kid, they've added alot of great sliders... and specialty items over the years. I love the trivia on the boxes, I learn something new with each slider, I have some greatcastle stories I'd love to see on a box. After a long day at work, there's nothing better than getting a ten sack and cheesesticks. They're usually gone before I get home, the smell is mouth watering. Read more
We LOVE their coffee! And when we stopped recently for a coffee fix, we went thru the drive thru and they gave us treats for our... pups who were in the car! Really great staff and coffee! Read more
