the GM here Cristina Berry is aboslutely awful! Go to another location. I went for lunch, ordered a combo, they messed up... the sandwich. Called the store and they were willing to make it right and offer me a replacement combo. I went the next dayto get the replacement combo and they wouldn't replace it. So I asked for the number to corporate, they gave me the number toa phone line that was closed. Called the store and had to cuss out the manager for twenty minutes just to get them to do theright thing. I'm getting my food replaced and then going to another Wendy's location in the future. If that GM sees this, Ispend $40 a week on lunch at Wendy's for my teams lunch. That $40/week is going to another location. Mistakes happen, not abig deal. But being nasty to your customers, and making them jump through hoops to get their order replaced, not cool. Iworked for Wendy's for 15-years, and this was just awful. Won't be back to this location. Go to the university locationinstead. Read more

Very very dirty location. Not uncommon to see people in the drive-thru pull around, park their vehicle and march inside with... incorrect orders. I always order fries and NEVER get fries. It's a sad place. Read more
This Wendy?s gets A LOT of late night delivery orders, and just isn?t outfitted for that much traffic. The parking lot is really... small, often spilling out into Olentangy. The line moves very slowly (small movement every few minutes or so). The staff lookand sound pretty tired, so the customer service tends to be lackluster. Getting a delivery order from this location takes up alot of the evening, and I?d rather skip getting these orders, if it didn?t negatively affect my acceptance rate. Read more
Co manager at 10:30 on Monday August 22nd was very courteous and quite helpful. I spoke with the co-manager over the telephone... as the drive-thru line was long. The orders were pushed out very quickly all the customers in the vehicles ahead of me seemedvery happy. The staff was all Pleasant. All of the staffs into work very well together as a team. I highly recommend thisWendy's as a late night bite. The food is amazing and hot. Your order will have straws napkins and sauces and served out thedrive-thru window with a smile. Read more
They might clean up but they are completely nasty and rude!! I ordered a sandwich and they were too busy trying to rush my food... out with such attitude, they gave me the wrong meal! No apologies, just stupid grins and eye rolling. Do better.. our hardearned dollars give you a pay check!!!! Read more
They were so busy they had 2 people standing in the drive thru line to expedite service. It was highly thoughtful and smoothly... run. Best experience at a Wendy's in a long time. Read more
