We just got home from grabbing food. We noticed the nuggets we got looked really strange. We cut them in half. They were not... cooked and super pink. Had to throw them away because they looked raw. Not worth driving back for a replacement. But somebodyshould def know. Read more
Standard, acceptable performance. Staffing limited, at times, to drive thru, but there's no sign in the parking lot telling... someone driving in whether or not the dining room is open at any given point. They do post on the door. Wifi not terribly strongwhen using drive thru for those with limited cell phone data service. But that's an issue with most Wendy's locations. Read more
Despite being late (I've worked fast food and the 10pm burnout is legit lol), the young woman who was working the drive thru was... friendly and made the extra effort to ensure that we enjoyed our visit, as well as our food. Our experience was such a nice onethat despite it being further away than the Wendy's down the road, I'll be returning to this location when I order Wendy's fromnow on. ???? Read more
This is about two years ago. They introduced the app for the first time and there were a lot of deals. I used a free chicken... sandwich with purchase deal pretty often, after spending $1. I got the look when I picked up my order. They got annoyed I think.And this time I got the hair clump from a drain between my patty and the bun. It was disgusting. It was blatantly intentional. Ijust threw it away because compensation meant nothing. It looked like they could put the blame on me as if I tried to fabricateit as a black consumer. Glad that I checked. Today was the last time I will ever eat from this location. The fries are almost always burnt, cold, and hard; they forget your... sauces, drinks, and entire items or they?ll just forget one of your patties/bacon; and you can stack that on top of anunwelcoming attitude to say the least-their BEST employee left. Today I pull-in behind ONE car, directed to the first window,pull up, no ones there, I wait a minute, pull forward, now someones there and ready, so I have to backup. Pull forward, to waitagain.. ?here?s your food? and closes the window, now I?m waiting for my drink; I finally get one with soda all over it, my handis sticky now, and when I ask for a clean cup I hear- ?Get out of my line, we don?t have time for this, get out of my line?,really? You had another three cars in your line.. and you can?t come to a window where you told me to go to pay? Serve freshfries? Or even hand me my drink in a cup without soda all over it, WITH, my food? Everytime I come here everyone is nice and efficient. I always receive my food hot and ready to go. I'm especially impressed... this morning(12/1/2022). The man that was working made my food 5 mins before they opened. He was very sweet for going above andbeyond for me. Read more
