I don?t want to blast this place bcus honestly I come here all the time. But I just waited in line for 20 minutes & my sandwich... taste so old & dried out. Even the cheese is stiff/hard/dry. My husband also complained that his food taste old & he NEVERcomplains about anything so this is a big problem. I won?t return, rather drive to UA where I know my money won?t be wasted.This food from your store is not edible. Might stop in for a frosty here & there. Read more

Food was ok but the service at the counter was very poor.the lady was very rude to my friend when he said he received the wrong... food. They re make the food and my friend said thank you where she said "lucky I don't throw it at you." Same person stopped inthe middle of taking a lady's order to not only take a call but walked away from the lady for almost a minute. Won't be comingback here. Read more

Worse Wendy's around since 5th closed they were the worse. 20 minutes to get to where you order Great place to start a Wendy's... with complete new management. Read more

Ordered a burger combo, got a chicken sandwich. The lettuce on my taco salad was either old or cooked. The "shredded cheese"... was a lump of cheese. Read more

Not sure how they have so many five star reviews outside of simply buying them. I've lived near this Wendy's for years. No... matter what time of day or what day of the week, they are rediculously slow. It consistently takes 20-30 minutes to get throughthe drive through. Read more

As soon as Scott (the GM) leaves they lock the dining room doors. I asked the manager what he was doing since the dining room... normally closes at 9pm and he said ?this is my shift, I do what I want?. The fact that you?re the best they have and you makethat comment shows the rest of the employees can only be worse. Not surprising though as I?ve seen it lol. There will often beppl in drive through say they can only take cash just to not have to serve long lines of ppl. Scott is the only stand-upemployee here. The rest of the ppl are rude, don?t have proper hygiene for a food establishment, and clearly do not understandthat the quality of their work and customer service is a reflection of oneself. There are winners and losers in this world, halfthe battle is caring and no one here cares. It?s really sad to see. Read more

I placed an order online through GrubHub and I selected the items I did not want on my burger. I even wrote in the comment... section that I did not want certain items on my burger. What do I receive? The opposite of what I asked for. If you are going tohave a restaurant, you need to listen to your customers. I called the restaurant and what does the manager do, she screams atthe employees while I am on the phone. This is very unprofessional. Read more
