The server was polite and seemed committed to being great. She even told me she had checked my order but somehow, I ended up... short an order of fries and a Jr. Baconator when I ordered a regular Baconator. I can't speak about atmosphere since I went thruthe drive thru. Read more
Their frosty machine is constantly down. They also make it a habit at this location of charging you for food and then telling... you that they don't have it. The most recent time I ordered ~$15 of items and they've yet to refund me a month later and afteran hour of my time interacting with customer service. The food is great if you can actually get them to give you what you orderthough! Read more
Ordered a burger and baconator fries. The fried had maybe 5 crumbles of bacon and maybe 10% of the fries had cheese on them.... Took them back in and the worker even said they looked horrible. They made them again and they were still made poorly, add atiny bit more cheese and bacon. Gave up and wasn't going to argue anymore. Read more
Usually it?s a complete waste of time to leave bad reviews. This guy who is always at the drive thru is just straight up rude.... He screws up your order every single time, and blatantly rolls his eyes at you when you calmly ask to correct it. instead ofcorrecting it, he overcharges you for the wrong items. every, single, time. watch out for him :) Read more
Long line at drive thru, but when I pulled up to order speaker I received an apology for the wait(which was 5-6 minutes max).... Pulled around to pay and young lady with pretty pink braid thanked me when she gave me my change. When I got to food window, myorder was ready and the UNsweetened iced tea was really ice cold ! A nice updated Wendy's location with heated outdoor seating and a nice layout inside. The bathrooms are kind of awkward with... tables and chairs you need to move around but other than that it was a great place to pop in with the kids. Nice location too. Avery tiny place well designed. Read more
This place is one of the few I will only go to. Just make sure you check your order before pulling off.
