My coffee was cold and requested sugar but recieve sweeteners and ketchup packets. I only order coffee and it took 5min to get... it. Unacceptable! Horrible location. Read more
It was 8:00 pm I pulled up to the drive thru Noone was in the drive thru When I arrived . I sat at the speaker for 5 close to 10... mins intermittently saying "hello" people started lining up behind me. I pulled up to the first window after getting tired ofwaiting. Saw 2 employees having a discussion one clearly with the headset on. Honked my horn and was looked right in the eye anddismissed, honked again and there were 5 employees standing around doing nothing but the most to avoid my eye contact. This wasundoubtedly the worse treatment I've ever received even at the worst places as if I was a beggar off the street. I rarely blamethe workers and would place it on the management putting too much pressure on underpaid employees but everyone in there lookedlike they were managing to Clock out for the night no take more orders. Took almost half an hour to get an incorrect order, and the server was rude to the point of being confrontational. The store was... filthy, as well. Wendy?s is great, but this particular one is extremely subpar. Read more
I hate leaving reviews especially bad ones but the ppl gotta know what?s up, this the 3rd time I said I had to write a bad... review but the 1st time I actually did it. Generally if a restaurant is understaffed there is nothing you can do but my goodnessshut it down if you can?t deliver quality to paying customers. I can count on one hand the times I?ve received hot food and I?vebeen here often. Obviously management is not a priority here and it?s sad because this is a well traffic area.
