We spent $21.86 on an order at 11:53PM and food was not hot, leftovers. By the time we got back to the store they replied, we... are closed. Why give out food at end of day if the last customer receives poor service, Horrible customer service. They did not take the time to even make the order over, nor refund my money. I'm a regular. I work 3rd shift down at the hotels by the airport. This restaurant is the only one in the area that was (1 am)... open late enough for me to get something to eat. Tonight I arrived in the drive through before midnight and by the time I got upto the speaker, they told me they were closed. When I told them I had been waiting since before midnight she basically called mea liar. I don't appreciate that. I'm not coming back here. These people are lazy. Read more
I work about 60 hours a week and many days don't have time to cook. I stop at this Wendy's at least once a week and they have... never once let me down.
