Terrible service. I ordered a baconator and my boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich. We both received Dave?s singles instead of... what we wanted and our fries were cold. We were at a function last night 8/26/22 and hadn't eaten all day, went to the Easton Morse Rd location at 10:45 pm. These guys are killing it tonight. Line was super long and was moving at a steady pace. I had my food within a minute of... ordering it. I can't say enough about the quality and service at this Wendy's near the malls and airport of Columbus. The food was... absolutely tasty all the way around for 4 meals. The prices were great at an average price of only $7 a meal for everything. Iwas on the way to the airport with family to catch a flight to the West Coast and wanted comfort food.. Wendy's hit thespot. So when you're in the area stop at this Wendy's the manager was fantastic and helpful. Read more

Throw in that daily Frosty... fix (got to be chocolate) and you've got a good time anytime of day anytime of year. This is the best Wendy's location I have ever been to in My Life I will literally drive all the way across town even if it takes... me a half an hour if I feel like having Wendy's for lunch or dinner I have never had anything but excellent customer service andevery food or drink item I ever purchase here has been made fast fresh and never have I had to complaint not to mentioneverything even looks like how it's supposed to on the menu.
