They need to just shut this location down. Line in the store out the door. Drive thru into the entry way of the plaza. And all... thepeople hollering about is, "I get off at 4". Next shift didn't come in only Good thing was no one was on the grill so themeat got cooked well done.. On Sunday night 10/02, the cashier with dreads at the drive thru window was really nice. The other lady with the other headset... on was very rude and acted very unprofessional. She argued about cheese on chili that I paid for, she stared at me as I checkedmy order before I pulled out the drive thru. She stapled my bags together so everything had to be ripped open to check theorder which was missing a whole spicy chicken sandwich. She deserves to be fired because she clearly does want or like her job. My order was messed up and 1 cashier or order taker ruined my whole experience at this restaurant. Read more

Wendy's food is what it is. Nothing fantastic, but edible. I went in Wendy's to dine in. There was a server name Elissha . ... She has to be the best server/cashier that I have ever encountered at Wendy's. Extremely polite and friendly and went out ofher way to make my Wendy's experience enjoyable. If they could model the rest of their workers after her, Wendy's would get alot more of my business!! Read more
This is the second time we both ordered a chicken asiago and they gave me a spicy chicken patty and and.my husband so that?s 4... meals that are almost to spicy to eat and The food is expensive and you can?t even get it right four separate sandwiches thatadds up And I called the number 15 times nobody can seem to answer the phone there either. So I have to waste my gas to go upthere and complain then they?re gonna spin in my food I?m just done I will never go to this restaurant again and I suggesteverybody follow my lead because the service is slow and they are not professional at all just sad. Ask for crackers and hot sauce for my chili, get told rudely that it?s in the bag, pull up , no spoon no hot sauce no crackers,... pull around and the rude chick was hiding and had the other girl give me the items. Waiting 30 minutes in line at the drive through thinking they are probably short staffed just to get to the window to see a full... staff of employees was bad enough but to not even get warm fries I'd a serious slap in the face.
