Could not tell you how it was. I stood at the counter for at least 10 to 12 minutes and never had my order taken. So I left.... There were 3 Uber orders that came over their machine while I was standing there. The guy behind the counter said these ordersjust came over. He grabbed them and said I will be with you in a few minutes. About 4 or 5 minutes later I ran out of patienceand left. Seems to me that a person right there that is in the establishment should get hepled before an uber or door dashorder. I had not been to a Wendys in several years. My only problem was at the window, a little confusion, I was given the wrong order. I laughed and said that the 6 kid frosties... weren't mine. The employee said "None of these are yours?" I told her I ordered 2 small Frosties with my sandwiches and a largeun-sweetened iced tea. She all but rolled her eyes and turned around letting the window shut. When she reopened window shehanded me the bag, then the Frosties and the large iced tea. I asked if the tea was un-sweetened and her response was a smallnod of her head and an almost inaudible uh-huh. I said "Thank you " and the window shut. What happened to customer servicewith a smile? They gave me old cold chicken nuggets. I had to ask for some fresh ones and after waiting 5 minutes or more it wasn't all the... way done. My son ask for a large fries with his meal and they gave him some old half filled large and he said I asked for alarge. Read more

Stood in an empty Wendy's for ten minutes while the guy at the counter ignored me. He only half paid attention while taking my... order which was, unsurprisingly, wrong. When I brought it back up and asked them to fix it he called me a liar and argued withme. Without question the worst treatment I've ever received at ant restaurant anywhere. So I ordered a salad today. When I got back to my office opened the container, you instantly smelled mold?I mean yes blue... cheese is a bit musky smell but the blue cheese was dark grey, sticky and smelled so horrible. How can a server open this saladto put fresh cooked chicken on it and not notice this, don?t they realize someone is going to get extremely I?ll. This is notthe first time I received old food from this location. Needless to say no one cares but I know I won?t return to this locationagain. Came at 11:02 (1 hr before close) and out of all salad and frosties. Last week said they were closed at 11:40 (should be open... til 12). Fine other times but don?t expect much a few hours before close. Read more
