Absolutely no one in the drive through or inside I go through drive through and before I order I?m asked to wait a second. Five... minutes later I say hello? And the kid says oh sorry. Usually go to Bethel Rd never have problems there but every once in awhile hit Henderson Rd. The only thing I ask for is a fresh... biscuit for breakfast sandwich and always get a hard dark one. I usual check and go back around to get a fresh sandwich, butwhen I forget to check get home with this hard rock biscuit. And of course I try to call and no one answers and never get areceipt to go back. I will not return to this wendys after Saturday getting a hard biscuits once again. This Wendy's used to be one of the best in the area. In the past several months they have been on a steady decline. On July 1,... 2022 at 6:27 (this is the time stamp on receipt) pm we went to the Wendy?s drive thru on W. Henderson Rd, Columbus Ohio. Wealso had a coupon for $10.00, which my wife told them when placing the order. Looking at the receipt they did not apply thecoupon. Costing us an extra ten dollars. After They then handed us our drinks, my wife explained to them that we needed two moredrink. It was on the receipt that we had ordered six. They had given us four. They had no idea what drinks they had given us.They also did not mark any of the lids. My wife had to open each one and taste it then tell them what we needed. At this pointwe did not even bother telling them about the coupon. If getting drinks was that challenging, we did not think they could dealwith the coupon issue. We pulled into the parking lot to check out order. They had not given us any of our sauces & large fry. Idecided to ?run? in and get the sauces and the fry. They were having issue with a register. I stood there for several minuteswithout being acknowledged or any eye contact made with me. Another woman came to help with the register and ended up rebootingthe entire system. Again no one standing in line was acknowledged or apologized to. Ten min. latter I interrupted the womenbehind the counter talking to each, explained they forgot my sauces ( I skipped the fries at this point). She asked what Ineeded. I watched her go get them, put them on the counter two people in front of me and walk away. A few minutes later shereturns, puts them in a bag, puts them in the exact same spot on the counter. After a few more minutes she comes back stillignoring me. A gentleman two people in front of me asked her if she wanted me to have the bag, she said ?oh yeah? and handed methe bag. This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Avoid this place at all costs. I made a mobile order and waited in the drive... thru. I got to the window and I saw that the lady in the car in front of me had my order. I could tell it was mine. The peoplewhave no idea what they are doing and don't care about the customer. The people working here are rude and inconsiderate. Theygoof off in the kitchen instead of helping out the customer. It's no wonder why the line in the drive thru is always sopainfully slow while the McDonalds down the street has a line that moves so fast and the people working at the McDonalds arenice to talk to. The people at this Wendy's are awful. The told me to pull over to the Mobile Order parking area and they'llbring it out. I waited for 20 minutes before going inside and saw my food sitting inside. The employee who helped was so quietand muttered everything so I couldn't hear him. I think he likes to be annoying. Hey, little newsflash for you pal, if you workfast food you gotta speak up and try a little bit. You can't just sit back and talk to me, a customer, in a smart a** tone. Heshouldn't be working there. When I first arrived to this location there were five or six people in line and quite a few workers but no one was taking orders... at the counter. 2 people left. After nearly 5 minutes I put my order in the automated kiosk and when I got my burger it wascold. Fries were ok though. I returned my Dave's single to the counter and asked for another one. The employee requested a newburger and told someone in back to make it fresh. There is a huge sign on the wall that says how proud Wendy's is that theirfood is fresh. LoL. About 30 seconds later I got another burger and it was not fresh and it was just a little above roomtemperature. Maybe 100 degrees, no better than the first one. There is no way they could have made a fresh burger in only 30seconds. Wendy's you really should take down that sign in the dining room. False advertising. Don't pre-cook your burgers. Read more
I gotta say? and I normally don?t post reviews on fast food places but when I brought my kids here to eat for lunch, the service... was great! Everything was fresh and neatly presented on tray. The whole dining room was clean. Read more
Good luck getting anything you want to order go through drive thru at 6pm on a Sunday for baconator fries and bacon ador... sandwich. No cheese sauce for fries it's not thawed out....and the baconator has no straps of bacon on it just crumbleshaphazardly tossed in the wrapper. Read more
