Always closing the lobby hours early, like right now it?s 5:15pm and the lobby is closed. This makes the drive-thru line... unnecessarily long because both regular customers and delivery drivers are in line. Hope they get it together. Read more
It seems your burgers have gotten smaller. Numerous times, I have received that are far from hot and fresh(old and cold).

Wonderful customer service me and my family had tonight ???? we ordered a bourbon triple burger meal, baconator double, kids... meal, and some drinks. And we received our food properly made and freshly hot , the fries my son loved! The two young boys andthe girl that was helping them did amazing!! We would definitely come back when we want to eat Wendy's again! Those threeworkers should get a raise or a award ! ???? they all did a wonderful job we liked how the big guy attend us at the windowmaking sure if we needed anything else or was missing anything ?? The dining room is advertised as being open until 10pm, but it was locked at 9:15. Drive thru line was wrapped around the... building, and the employees seemed annoyed that customers had the audacity to give Wendy?s their business. That?s fine, won?tmake that mistake again ?? Read more
Service at this location was pretty bad. We went through the drive-thru and had to wait a while to get our orders taken, then we... had to wait about 15 mins to get our chili, fries, son of baconactor and a couple of root beer float which were only filled 3/4.The employees were very slow due to too much interaction (there were only 3 cars at the drive thru) they can't move whilethey're having conversations among each other. The lady who handed me the straw took almost a minute to just hand out the strawbecause she had to pause to continue her conversation with her co worker. This is a picture of the son of baconator I paid over$5. Wendy's quality and serving size has severely lowered while price increased. This sandwich reminds me of JR. Cheeseburgerwith a piece of bacon in it. What a RIP OFF!!!! Read more
The worst place to eat on earth. Why are the burgers never hot, but the cheese appears melted? The buns are hard and they have... the nerve to charge those prices. Just throw the concept away. This is the same at every Wendy?s and when I point it out toothers they agree. Read more
