Worst Wendy?s ever! After waiting over 30 minutes in the drive thru line (only option available) They did not give me food I... ordered and was charged for on their app. They didn?t tell me they didn?t give it. Made an order tonight for delivery. Order was completely wrong. We were ok with dealing most of the order being wrong, but not... getting strawberry frosty's instead of chocolate. Totally ruined our meal since we feel the strawberry is disgusting. Of coursewe settled this through the delivery source, but it's absolutely not their fault. So I thought I should call them directly justto make them aware that maybe they should pay more attention. Someboby answered on my 1st call & stayed on the line for about 30seconds without saying anything. My repeated 10 calls afterwards went to a busy signal. Baked potato with hamburger and fries took 1/2 hr. in drive thru. When we finally got to window was given wrong order. Ours was... found in bag deep in food on counter. Was Luke warm because we stared at workers back against window for 5 minutes. Laughed atus when she handed wrong order. Didn't order the small drinks thank you. We will never go to Wendys again. ???? I did a mobile order. I went to pick up on my way home and even though the order was paid for ahead of time already taken out of... my account the store had closed long before the said time on the app. Very rude employees. This is the 2nd time I've been theretrying to order from the mobile app and gotten rude employees actions. The first time was during normal business hours(dinnertime) and employee raised to honor my pick up at drive thru. Told me I had to pick up inside. The fries were hot and crispy but you could tell they are trying too hard. The fries were a little too dark and starting to get... that overcooked potato flavor. They weren't bad but they weren't good either. They were tolerable however a few more experienceslike that will have me switching back to McDonald's for fries. Read more
Went across town to visit this location. As it used to be a great one. I show up with family and friends in 3 cars at 6:15 or... so. Dining room all locked up, no sign explaining why and drive thru was backed up. Terrible, we will never return. Whatrestaurant stillbhas dining room closed on a busy Monday eve. Read more
