If I could give 0 stars I would. I just had a horrific encounter with this location around 12:15p today. One of my order's was a... side Ceasar Salad in which I was told they don't have those anymore. I then ordered the Parmesan Caesar Salad. The person whotook my order kept saying they don't have side Caesar salad when I had already corrected my order and was already ordering myother items. But, the screen was not showing any of the rest of my order because she was still stuck on the side salad when Ihad moved on from that. There was A LOT of giggling and laughing in the background at the register which is VERY unprofessionaland rude. Once I got to the window, the laughing and giggling continued AND I had to get her attention to hand me my drink thatwas sitting right in front of her. Still, more laughing and giggling (EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL). Come to find out, the person atthe register Juanita is the manager and I find it very unprofessional and rude how she handled the situation with the laughingand giggling and rudeness. She did not show any managerial skills nor class. Laughing and giggling and showing disregard tocustomers is not acceptable behavior a manager should be doing. I called the store right after I drove off and asked to speak tothe manager. It was Juanita who answered who said she was the manager when I asked to speak to one. She claimed that I was madthat they didn't have a side salad. That was not the case as I had already corrected my order and moved on from it. As amanager: 1. Do not come at me saying I was mad when I wasn't. Do not place blame on the customer right from the start. 2.Extremely unprofessional to take no accountability as a manager 3. She didn't offer to remedy the situation 4. I calledcorporate about this situation because it was a manager who was acting unprofessional along with her staff. I highly DO NOTrecommend this location. We went at 4pm. They were not busy ay all. We ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 fries, and a chicken nugget. We were asked to pull forward... to wait for our food (approximately 10 minutes). We were short one sandwich and had to go in to get it. The other sandwich wasICE COLD. No joke, like alaska cold. The bun was so stale and hard we could have hammered a nail with it (slightexaggeration). I was extremely surprised it was SO bad, considering it is directly across from Wendys Corporate. This place has proven to be worse than other locations I've been to. Wet floors without signs 3 out of 7 times a week and I even... watched an elderly lady slip and fall. All the managers did was look at her as she struggled to stand back up. They made a childmop whatever blood may have dropped. I seen with my own eyes mold on their strawberries. I was horrified to see a child eat thestrawberries. Personally I would never eat here again Edit: ontop of everything, about the beginning of the summer an employeewas told about a $500 hiring bonus. Well almost 4 months later he has still not received the bonus. He's done everything heneeded to and was told it was cancelled mid summer. Also, managers are clueless and inconsiderate to people most of the time. I hate the services, very very rude associates. My experience was very bad. I didn't expect disrespect from the associates.... Please improve your associates behavior. That was a girl who doesn't know how to talk with the people. If you guys are closingstore before a closing time, put a note or something on the speaker, that girl was full of attitude, I've been there a couple oftimes, same girl help me a lot of time and every time she is so rude. Showed up at 7pm for a quick bite on the way home from a 12 hour day. Decided to dine in. The staff specifically the manager was... completely indifferent towards me. I had to actually ask him to place an order. He acted like I asked him for spare change. Thefood was cold. And I mean to say the nuggets were still frozen. Caught the jerks attention as I dumped the whole order in thetrash and walked out. Had a much better experience at the McDonald's next door. That right there should tell you something. Read more

Sadly, the photo makes it look better than it does in person. This thing was slopped together, smashed down and tasted horrible.... The meat was dry and lukewarm, yet it was sloppy wet with condiments, complimented with warm, limp lettuce, onion and tomato.If you can't recognize it is supposed to be a Dave's Single. I'm sorry, Wendy's. Your attention to quality has lessened overthe years. You're down to a Baked Potato as the best thing on your menu. Read more
