We've been getting pizza from Tommy's on Lane in Arlington for years but not recently. Arlington was closed so we ordered from... Campus. Boy we're we unhappy. Pizza tasted great but the pepperoni was lacking. Use to be the pepperoni use to cover the pizza,this pizza had about a quarter the amount we're use to getting. Poor especially for a $20 large. Pizza was okay, tasted like there was no sauce. But the price was good, we got a large and it was enough for 4 people.
They "weren't doing" about 1/2 the menu. They switched the orders of a couple people in our party. Don't know why it was so... popular. Meatball sub wasn't awful. Needed more sauce though. Read more
Pizza is always good. Don't show up after 3:30, the staff won't sit you for dine-in. Too close to the 4pm closing time somehow.... You can still order to-go or through delivery apps. Read more
Saw rave reviews for this establishment on door dash so I had to try the pizza. I ordered extra cheese, pepperoni, and onion. It... was delivered exactly how I had pictured it (lots of toppings, crispy pepperoni). I was so happy that they didn?t skimp ontoppings. The pizza crust is thin, but I love it that way. The sauce had a great flavor and just the right amount of sauce wason it. I?ll definitely order where again in the future. The family all enjoyed the pizza tonight. Read more
Tommy's Pizza is a great pizza joint if you like good pizza. ???? This is my first time having their cheese pizza but my husband... absolutely loves this place and he knows pizza. ???? The crust has a nice crunch and doesn't taste like cardboard so that's abig win in my book. The slices are cut at decent sizes and they aren't too greasy like some places. My husband loves the bluecheese they offer (I have no comment on this since I don't like blue cheese lol). Overall, definitely recommend! Read more
We were back in Columbus from Florida and decided to stop and visit as we have always enjoyed Tommy's Pizza. It's literally... been a family favorite since I was an OSU student I the 1980s. We were greated uninthusiastically by a server who looked likeshe was annoyed that we even sat down. She took our order but then only came back to our table to drop off food. No drinkrefills...no checking back, etc. As always, the pizza was great, but this server ruined the experience for us. Complainedloudly about my wife's request for a new salad dressing, and also had the nerve to complain about how much I tipped. Decidedto come out of the kitchen and start a shouting match with myself and my wife. I guess it's true what they say, you can't gohome again. Won't plan on visiting again. Too many other places to visit when in Columbus. Read more
