The absolute worst Tim hortons I?ve ever been too and maybe establishment in general, I live right next door and the 4-5 times I... been in there. It?s either they have no cream cheese, or can?t make your coffee, or no hash browns etc. I just went in today,which will absolutely be my last time and was told the registers are closed and there not taking any orders. The black women inthere who seems to be the manager does not care what so ever about customer service. And honestly I?m completely shocked thatthis has not been addressed sooner considering the prime location. The owner needs to fix this ASAP Read more

Great Food, but it took them about 25minutes to make two sandwhiches and a cup of soup(All Menu Foods). Great place to eat as... long as your not in a hurry. Just plan more time if you eat here, and you'll be just fine. :-) Read more
Have gone here over the past years and never had any issue with staff. However I had been rudely told that lunch was not offered... and instead of them making everything but the one lunch item I ordered they did nothing/had nothing else prepared for whenpickup was available. I asked how do I get my money back and was told to call the number before she walked off (no number waslisted) so emailed customer service which then said only IN-Store workers can offer a refund. I'm just going to dispute thecharge for the order I never received rather than deal with the lady at the counter. Read more
