The absolute worst Tim hortons I?ve ever been too and maybe establishment in general, I live right next door and the 4-5 times I... been in there. It?s either they have no cream cheese, or can?t make your coffee, or no hash browns etc. I just went in today,which will absolutely be my last time and was told the registers are closed and there not taking any orders. The black women inthere who seems to be the manager does not care what so ever about customer service. Have gone here over the past years and never had any issue with staff. However I had been rudely told that lunch was not offered... and instead of them making everything but the one lunch item I ordered they did nothing/had nothing else prepared for whenpickup was available. I asked how do I get my money back and was told to call the number before she walked off (no number waslisted) so emailed customer service which then said only IN-Store workers can offer a refund. I'm just going to dispute thecharge for the order I never received rather than deal with the lady at the counter. Read more
