They always lock the door. Drive thru only. They say they are short staffed but always see 4 or more people working. Well in... there anyways, not working. Manager will be outside smoking for 20 mins. So i got next door to subway now. Dont waste your timehere. Read more

They NEVER toast my bagels. Even if it says it on the screen after I explicitly ask for a toasted bagel. This is about the 6th... time. They don't answer the phone either. I don't know one person who likes cold bagels. Read more

This one's not worth coming too. The doors always locked when I get there, but no sign says drive through only. The kitchen... always closes early but again nowhere does it say the times the kitchens open. Don't waste your time. Read more

I got the same thing I always get every morning. The same woman does it every day. She didn't care about fixing my order, said... it wouldn't matter if she put it through the toaster again. Rolled her eyes. The disrespect will not keep me coming back. If youcannot please the customers don't work in customer service. Read more

I had been visiting your store for the past week every day for breakfast and every time I order bacon/cheese omelet and... strawberry Greek yogurt, however, I hope every time to have the egg white/spinach omelet with no luck. This morning atapproximately 7:45 am and 8 am, I was assisted by a nice young woman over the drive thru. When she mentioned that they have nothave the egg white omelet yet, I made a comment as of me coming to this store hoping to have this omelet but no luck so farand immediately a male voice and very defensive commented that they don't have it. Then he took over taking the order. I askedfor any healthy options on the menu, his response in a very sarcastic way was, " the menu is in front of you". Then I orderedGreek yogurt, oatmeal, his response, "we don't have it". He apologized for not having all these items. Then I took a second tocheck the menu again and his attitude completely changed afterwards, he became short patient and it was obvious he wanted me tojust finished. His tone of voice became sarcastic and he was definitely frustrated. When I came to the window to pay, I askedthe person in front to please ask him to speak with me. His response was that he was making my sandwich (which I ended upordering along with the bacon/cheese omelet) and he was busy. I asked for his name and position: His name is Jessie (possibly)and his position is the store manager. My complaint today is not about the missing items on the menu, it is about this manager'slack of customer service, sarcasm and bad attitude. Not only that, but the lack of importance he gave when he was requested tospeak with a customer. I did not have any intentions to complain, but to let him know that I like Tim Horton's breakfast andwill keep coming. I understood he was busy since the store had a lot of customers, but he did not want to take a second tospeak with me. I strongly suggest to educate your employee more about management skills, how to work professionally under Read more
