This Timmy's isn't just bad, it's hilariously bad. It's as if the manager was instructed "Run a really, really bad Timmy's so we... can use it as an example to train other Timmy's managers." If that's the case, the manager should get an award from Corporateand a big raise! Read more
I came 20 MINUTES after they opened and they had TWO glazed donuts left. When I asked about sprinkle they had FOUR!! Literally... have been opened for 20min it?s and your almost out of everything?? Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional! Take the extramile and go to another Tom Hortons cause this one is on it?s dying leg and it shows that they don?t even care about it. Read more
They really handed me a large coffee when I ordered a small and without a sleeve, so I've burnt myself. Couldn't even be... bothered to put a piece of cheese correctly on a sandwich either. Plus, everything breaks there and half the menu isinaccessible. Why is this location still open? Just close it. Read more
It?s an okay Tim Horton?s, that?s well located. However, they NEED to replace the intercom, it barely works and has to make... everyone?s experience, customers and staff alike, far worse than it needs to be. It has barely worked for years now and neverbeen fixed or better yet, replaced, absolutely mind boggling for a drive thru centered business to use an intercom from the mid90?s? in a heavily populated part of town. This place is absolutely ???? horrible. I usually get 2 coffees and have to repeat the order several times. Today is went in for... a 99cent coffee. The line was not moving so I went and had my car washed. Came back 5 people in line and when I got up there tgeguy told me they are taking no more orders at this time. They have pretty good bagels and donuts. I've never been a fan of the coffee but it'll do in a pinch! There are nice seating... areas here, and it's perfect for a quick snack. The plain latte and cinnamon raisin bagel are my go-tos. Read more
