Although this location is a HIT or MISS... Meaning, although you give your order for how you want your coffee made, it still may... NOT be what you will get, and other times it will be SPOT ON!!!! But, GOD forbid if you need an afternoon caffeine pick-me-up...It will appear dark, shut down, with lights off, and the person sounding like you've interrupted their nap on thespeaker!!!! With all that being said... I still WILL NOT go to ANY other location, for they are FAR WORST!!! NOW... ON THEBRIGHTER SIDE.... I've noticed that management has employed a FANTASTIC employee named Steve who works the drive-thru window!!!He is ALWAYS pleasant, respectful, nice, kind, patient, and understanding! It appears he is the LIGHT at this location and I'venoticed things have improved! Frankly, I am amazed he's here in Ohio! But we'll keep our fingers crossed and hope he will last. Read more

We forgot to order 2 drinks and i asked to add them before i paid. They said they cant add them because they are timed for... service. I?d have to go back around. What about the importance of our time? I will never use this location again . Read more

Crew was working hard to get orders out. I believe they were a younger crew learning on the job and they did well. The line in... the drive thru took a minute to get through but that happens a lot everywhere now with employees being hard to find. The coffeeswere hot and tasted great. Breakfast sandwiches were good. Good work by the manager leading this crew. Read more

I went through the drive thru to order my food and the lady taking the order was very rude. Manager was standing right beside... her not saying anything about her attitude. No customer service skills at ALL!! Last time I EVER go to Tim Hortons???????????and I am usually a everyday customer. They should have thought this out a little better, maybe she should have been doing adifferent job where she doesn't have to interact with the customers. Read more

I hardly ever leave poor reviews for places but this location really ruined my day. I don't often get fast food of any kind let... alone for breakfast. I treated myself to Ol' Timmy's before I set out to do some Door Dashing. They were friendly and quick. Ialmost got my food too quick... My sandwich was literally cold, the hash brown luke warm, and my ice cap was already half meltedwith THE most pathetic dollop of whipped cream. Hopefully it was just a bad day or time, but there wasn't a long line and like Isaid it seemed too quick... Read more

Really Tim Hortons? I have never gotten such bad service as I have at this location. Every order I get that isn't just coffee... (and sometimes that is wrong) I receive something wrong. As far as I am aware, dream donuts are supposed to be inside a specialbox. NOT smashed inside a bag with two other donuts. When the order says Vanilla Latte, no where does that mean ICED latte. I've looked in to opening my own Tim's and it seemed like the hold their Franchises to higher standards. Apparently they couldcare less about this location because they have neglected all standards of service. Never going to this location again. Read more

Every time I go to this Tim hortons they mess up my order one way or another. I just went there this morning and got a small ice... cap and large Carmel macchiato and got a small latte and large ice cap. This has happened on multiple occasions where I order alarge Carmel macchiato and get a latte with no flavor. I will not be going back to this Tim hortons again. Read more
