went to this location the other day and tried to get a buttered bagel.. the basics. After going through the line I realized that... my bagel had cream cheese and not butter.. I know this doesn?t sound like a big deal except for the fact that I CANNOT HAVECREAM CHEESE!! so i went back in line and asked to have the bagel switched out for what I PAYED FOR aka my buttered bagel..after waiting a good 6 minutes for the bagel to be switched out.. when i tell you when i checked in the bag my body was filledwith the most utter rage of all time. IT WAS ANOTHER F?ING CREAM CHEESE BAGEL!! how can one mess up that bad? do you have nocommon sense? not only did you mess up once ! but twice ! I personally will probably return to the location because it isclosest to my house and i am a forgiving person but i?m writing this review to warn other of the horrific time i experienced???????????? We had an issue at this particular location because when we were picking up our order in the drive for thru we overheard the... lady in the window say to the other associate "what do you want me to tell them about the donuts," which prompted us to ask thequestion, 'is everything here/do I have everything?' and she said, "yes as far as I know, yes." So we went back over to ourtractor trailer to pull out the food to eat only to find out that the donuts were not even with the order. My boyfriend had toget out and go back to the drive thru window to ask about the donuts and someone else was at the window and he had to explainthat we didn't get the donuts we ordered to this new guy. This person seemed more helpful than the other lady because heactually told us that the Boston cream donuts were sold out, but that they had the second donut I had ordered. My boyfriendchose another donut and was able to get my other donut, but this whole back and forth problem wouldn't have happened if thefirst associate would have just told us they were sold out of Boston cream donuts in the first place rather than not servingdonuts at all. The rest of the food we ordered was decent, but I do wish they had actually put the spicy maple syrup moreevenly on the spicy maple bacon sandwiches we ordered. I didn't taste the syrup on half of the sandwich. Plus I highly recommendthe strawberry cheesecake donut (glad I was actually able to try it lol) it was soft, fresh and delicious. Read more
I am hooked on Tim's coffee. Its my all time favorite. Prices have gone up but that is understandable. But, a 1.40 for a single... shot of espresso is ridiculous in my opinion. A co- worker gets her iced coffee with espresso from Starbucks and sadly not onlyis it cheaper but it tastes good. I will always get my regular coffees from Tims but my espresso drinks I have been gettingfrom Starbucks because of the cheaper price and it taste good. Read more

Ordered two sandwiches and did not get the one I ordered . no one will pick u the phone.
