I?ve never had a bad experience at this drive thru till today. In fact, I came here on the day it was my child?s first day of... school. I was a mess and the woman working the drive thru was so sweet. It helped genuinely. I come here almost everyday. Idon?t even mind the grump that works the drive thru. Although I think a career change is what she needs. Today was ridiculousand honestly avoidable. I ordered two donuts. Got to the window. They gave me one. And said you ordered one. Why would I orderone when I have two kids? I asked to add another and the woman said you can?t add on at the window. So I ordered a mocha ice capp Supreme and a hashbrown. The hashbrown was 1.60$ but when I got there, there was no hashbrown so... they gave me a donut that cost less than the hashbrown, be in mind I already bought it so it took 1.60 out of my account. I love Tim?s but definitely not this one. Staff is very rude, they always get the orders wrong, and never want to help with... questions that you have about the app coupons. One of the comments from one staff was ?are you going to get your food or not!?Ohio is already full of nasty disrespectful people even the places like this one just mess up your morning with their negativityand hatred they have. This is convenient for me on my way to work however every morning the staff is super unpleasant and does not engage well with... customers this leading to incorrect items. Today I ordered my usual plain bagel with butter and instead I got a plain bagelLOADED with cream cheese. This is like the 6th time this has happened. My order is not difficult but the staff seems to not careat all about their customers. Likely finding another stop in the morning at this point for excessively poor customer service andterrible food. Stopped to get some peppermint mocha iced caps and Christmas tree donuts. They had the iced caps but we're out of the donuts I... wanted. To their defense they are closing early today and I did go ahead and get some other donuts. The two ladies working theirtails off were very polite and apologetic and they did a good job. Read more
