I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and a mocha ice cap. I received a cold sandwich, so I went inside to let them know.... The guy at the counter was nice enough?the only good thing about this location. An employee was ordered to make a new sandwichand put it on the press to warm it up. We went to this location that had a sign on the door to use front entrance. All doors were locked. We then went to the drive... through and waited. While ordering the employee taking our order was constantly interrupting me and talking to coworkers. Whenwe received our food we were missing an item and when we asked for it we were told we did not order it and the window wasclosed. Customer service was terrible and we were extremely disappointed with our first time at a Tim Horton?s. We will not bereturning. Read more
Lady this morning couldn?t be bothered to deal with the lettuce and tomato for the BELT (part of their currently posted... breakfast menu) and refused to make it until lunch despite having it in stock and got upset when I asked why. I order the BELTbecause it?s the only breakfast sandwich at Tim Hortons that isn?t excessively dry. first of all, i would literally give this place no stars. the workers who took our order were very rude. it was my first time... ever attending this tim hortons and i will never be going back. my sister and i ordered three different donuts and when wereceived them they were very clearly thrown in the bag and were not separated by paper, entailing that they had to pick it upwith bare hands because of the lack of glove marks which is disgusting. not only were the donuts man handled, but when wereceived the bag was soaking wet. i understand that working is not enjoyable but common curtesy is not hard. Had the worst experience ever. A group of four of us were there for breakfast. We ordered hot chocolate and avocado toast. I... slipped the hot chocolate by mistake as i was in a hurry to submit my assignment. I regretted it and told them I was sorry. Weleft the place and got into the car. This place is less than acceptable. I have been here a total of two times. Both times were absolutely horrendous. First time,... they were very rude with the way they spoke and their tone. Second time, I tried to go into the lobby to order. It was 8:30 amand the lobby was closed... So I went through the drive through and ordered. I got to the window and they hand me my drinks. Iordered two vanilla iced coffees. It was black coffee with vanilla flavoring. I asked why there wasn't any cream and they statedyou have to ask for it and wished me a good day while closing the window. Who would ask for cream while ordering an icedcoffee.... RUDE and they yelled at me for placing a large order. I had to place a larger coffee order for a meeting on the Tim's app, I... tried calling the store 3 times starting at 7am because I understand how morning rushes go (NO ONE ANSWERED). So, I placed theorder, gave them 30 minutes, and when I arrived they yelled at me and told me they wouldn't be able to fulfill the order for 30minutes. When I asked them to stop yelling at me they insisted this was their normal speaking voice and tone. I wish I couldhave canceled the order but because I already paid for it I had to come back. They were extremely rude when I picked up theorder 30 minutes later as well. I do not trust the quality of the coffee they provided and I did not drink any of it. Who knowswhat these employees did to the coffee. If you do not want to fulfill large orders do not make it an option. I WILL NOT BEBACK. Read more
