Placed a mobile order for a traveler box of coffee. Got to the store 30 minutes later and morning employees rudely told me they... weren?t able to make this. Told me I could get a refund. I asked if I needed to get my card out of the car and they said yes.Went to my car and back up to the restaurant and they had locked me out of the lobby. Ignored me when I knocked on the door toreceive my refund. Have been calling customer service for a week with no resolution of refund. Unfortunately will not be goingback to Tim Hortons after this experience. Read more

This Tim Hortons is terrible, the past two visits the same morning manager is rude. Drive the extra mile north and go to the Tim... Hortons on 23 and Polaris Parkway, staff and service there are great. Read more
Didn't even get to make a purchase. The drive thru line was like 6 cars long and there was no one inside so I decided to go in... and order. I was told that the inside was only open to delivery services due to the long drive thru line and they didn't let meorder. Read more
Worst tim hortons ever. How do you order an iced mocha and get a coffee whiter than i am? Every other coffee place puts enough... chocolate to at least make it liike like chocolate milk. My order is the same to ever place. 1 crm. 1 sugar and extra mocha. Read more
I'd love this place only if it was consistent. Delaware, Ohio makes the best iced coffee, but that's the only one that makes it... like that. Stop mixing the bowl with different flavored donuts. Your ruining it. Read more

Very rude at drive-thru window, and worker got smart with me when i told them my order was wrong, I ordered via mobile site, she... had a nasty attitude as soon as I showed her on my phone that I was correct about my order being wrong.Never will I go hereagian.Customer service they know nothing about at this location.
