By far the worst Tim Hortons we have ever been to! The lady taking our order was rude and did not seem to care to answer our... questions or listen to our order fully. They got our order wrong, wouldn't answer the phone, and they had the inside closed offso they expected us to get back in the drive thru line that had 12 cars in it (yes I counted) to let them know they screwed up.They made us hot drinks that were supposed to be cold. They added egg to sandwiches that had zero egg and we specifically saidno egg anyway. The sandwiches were not even made the items were just thrown into the bag and we had to put them togetherourselves. Horrible experience and very unhappy about the wasted money at this place. We ended up trashing everything and goingelsewhere. Read more
The grilled cheese panini was incredibly disappointing and borderline flavourless. The bread had little to no crisp or crunch to... it. The caramel latte was disappointing as well. The caramel flavour was barely present and it tasted borderline burnt(but notin the way dark roasts taste). The Boston cream donut had very little custard in it and was a tad dry as well. Tim Hortons good name is being ruined as a result of this store. It's always the same, wait at the drive-thru, nobody talks. IF... you can finally get someone to respond before you have to drive to the window, they are extremely rude and sound like they justwoke up from a long winters nap. I ordered 4 sandwiches, they were all cold they didn't toast it, they didn't add napkins or give me my receipt, when I told the... clerk I wanted to add an order of timbits the clerk said; I can not add anything at the window! It was very rude and I think Iwas discriminatory because we are Latinos, I will definitely not return to this timhortons. Read more

This was the worst Tim Hortons we've ever visited. The lady was rude when we were ordering and did not listen to what we said.... They handed us our order which was incorrect, they gave us hot drinks when we ordered cold, they gave us a sandwich that weordered with no egg with extra egg on it, and our sandwiches weren't even made just all the ingredients were thrown into thebag. We tried to go inside to get our order fixed, however, they had the door locked and would not come to the door. I tried tocall the location and they would also not answer the phone. There were 12 cars in the line so we were not going to wait to goback through and get our order fixed, we ended up tossing the whole order ($40 worth) in the trash.
